Collate and maintain tracking schedules to ensure the Façade Works teams’ timely responses to the Main Contractor’s and Lead Consultant’s submissions & review process for shop drawings, RFI’s, material submissions, method statements, ITP’s, lifting plans, QA and Safety Plans and the like.
Co-ordinate amongst team members to ensure all interfaces, including the above documentation, are managed in a timely manner.
Track design changes both internally with our consultants and externally with the Main Contractor and specialist contractors.
Track changes to the project that have been generated through the design and construction process.
Assist in identifying early warnings and risks to the project, particularly those that attract cost and time implications.
