Job Description & Requirements Assist in projects planning, preparation of costing and estimation, logistic planning, departmental briefings, quality control, schedule managements, budget management and communication. Overall responsible towards all M&E construction activities with respect to performance, procedure and making recommendations for improvements and correction actions. Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable code and standards and project schedule and cost. Develops and implements corporate construction policies. Oversee the effective management of project activities to ensure timely delivery and low wastage. Manage and lead a team of engineers. Liaise with internal department, government/Statutory Authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers to ensurre smooth operation of projects.
