Job Description
Under the guidance of the Regional VP of Construction or President, this role requires managing electrical or technology construction projects profitably by focusing on manpower, material, and financial aspects.
Responsibilities

+ Ensure safety and quality control of projects.

+ Direct team efforts to establish project budgets or cost estimates.

+ Delegate tasks to Project Coordinator.

+ Manage labor volume for field resources and assess resource needs.

+ Establish and maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

+ Draft and submit contract change proposals; manage contract and sub-contract changes.

+ Collaborate with field workers, owners, general contractors, or design professionals to resolve issues.
