The majority of their work is for repeat clients and they have established themselves as one of Melbourne's leading high end builders. In this position you will be across two projects at a time. 

About the Role 
Reporting to a  Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for

• Prepare scopes of work and award sub-contractor packages. 
• Design coordination, RFI's and liaising with design consultants. 
• Management of sub-contractor packages - variations, progress payments, EOT's. 
• Assist with monthly forecasting, attending PCG's and client management 
• Work closely with the project team to ensure all project deadlines are achieved.
