Role Summary Oakwell is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support active construction projects in healthcare and institutional campus facilities using our Transparent Project Delivery model in Atlanta, Georgia.
This is a construction project leadership role, working closely with the Senior Project Manager to manage cost, schedule, safety, and quality on complex projects.
The Assistant Project Manager is involved in day‑to‑day project execution, not just documentation—supporting field operations while maintaining strong project controls.
Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Senior Project Manager to support overall construction execution Actively use and experiment with AI and machine‑learning tools to work faster, identify risk earlier, and improve decision‑making across construction cost, schedule, safety, and QA/QC.
