Duties and Responsibilities

:

● The applicant will engage in research with a primary focus in Human Resources that leads to publication in targeted refereed journals, secure grant funding, and work with the labor and human resource management community in the state and region.● The applicant is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and/or Labor Relations with special emphasis on staffing, training and development, and compensation management and benefits.● In addition to teaching, the applicant is expected to engage students academically and professionally.
