We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Director to support daily operations, production output, and ongoing product development.
This is a hybrid role combining shop-floor production (30–50% of the time) with operational and team coordination. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, organized, and comfortable working both with their hands and in a leadership capacity.
