D Swim Academy is one of Malaysia's leading swim academies, serving thousands of students across multiple locations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic, organised and proactive individual to join our management team as an Assistant Operation Manager .
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, improving processes and ensuring things get done. You will work closely with Management and gain exposure to operations, administration, customer service, staffing, events and business management.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the academy, including scheduling, resource management, and budgeting
Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of swimming lessons and other programmes
