            Candidates are expected to:  Take lead in planning and deployment of marine resources; 
Take lead in enforcing marine crew discipline; 
Perform compliance checks to ensure personnel and safety at the base and onboard craft; 
Arrange for daily diesel orders and attend to bunker deliveries; 
Coordinate with Fleet Engineering team on the repair and maintenance status of harbour crafts and equipment; 
Update daily records of craft movements, deployment, and craft breakdowns; 
Perform regular checks and surveys on the status and upkeep of base equipment; and 
Assist Section Managers in operational assignments and projects. 
 The ideal candidate should preferably:  Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Marine) / Maritime Business / Business / Logistics and Supply Chain Management; 
Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
