Provide direct clinical and operational leadership for nursing services, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care. Oversee the supervision and performance management of Senior Staff Nurses, guiding them in effective shift operations and clinical issue escalation. Manage nursing manpower planning, including rostering, leave management, and staff development initiatives. Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies, supporting audit preparations and addressing compliance gaps promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care and effective communication across departments. Support nursing operations during emergencies and service disruptions, participating actively in Business Continuity Planning.
