FlexStaff has two Assistant Nurse Manager opportunities with our client, a leading behavioral health center in Lower Manhattan. Positions are available in the Detox/Rehab unit and the Acute Inpatient unit.

They are seeking candidates with:

+ Acute-care behavioral health experience
+ Strong working knowledge of New York State regulatory standards, including OMH (Office of Mental Health) and OASAS (Office of Addiction Services and Supports).
+ Proven experience managing unionized staff and administering collective bargaining agreements/contracts.
