We are looking for an Assistant Night Shift Manager to support the successful delivery of our night shift manufacturing operations. Working closely with the Night Shift Manager, you will help drive production performance, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and support the development of our production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Night Shift Manager in the day-to-day running of production operations, ensuring shift targets and KPIs are achieved.Act as the deputy to the senior leader on shift, supporting effective shift handovers and communication across departments.Allocate and coordinate labour resources to meet production schedules and maximise operational efficiency.Promote a Right First Time culture, ensuring products consistently meet customer, quality and regulatory standards, including ISO, FSSC 22000 and GMP requirements.Support con...
