What the role is

Being part of the Office Management Section under the Corporate Services Division, you will play an important role by taking on the office relocation project and providing some support for the operations and management of office facilities.

What you will be working on

You will support DOS’ office relocation and renovation which includes:

• Preparation of tender invitations, evaluation, awarding of contracts for goods and services required for renovation;
• Relocation to the new office, the re-instatement of current office and work with the appointed contractors during the renovation in identifying and rectifying defects;
• Supporting the logistics team for the planning, preparation, and actual physical move from existing to new office;
