(What the role is)
The candidate will be required to assess and analyse IMDA's regulated markets (telecom, media and post) in relation to competition and consumer policy matters. This will be in support IMDA's vision to empower the info-communications sector that drives the economy, bonds communities and powers a Smart Nation.
(What you will be working on)
Background in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration or Engineering. Other disciplines can be considered.
At least 2 years of work experience in the telecommunications, media and postal sectors, or related sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
Resourceful, highly-motivated, proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
Result and stakeholder-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
Independent officer who can work well in a team and be involved in cross-team projects
