Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for the Transmission & Distribution business, supporting project and corporate hiring requirements across domestic and international locations. The role focuses on timely closures, stakeholder management, process improvement, and MIS/reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, documentation, and onboarding. Handle bulk, lateral, and niche hiring for T&D roles (Engineering, Project, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, EHS, Design, etc.).
