Staff management - Help hire, train, and supervise waiters, kitchen helpers, and restaurant staff
- Make staff schedules and manage shifts
- Handle performance issues and discipline when needed.
Customer service - Handle customer complaints or special requests
- Make sure guests are satisfied with service and food quality.
- Step in during busy hours to support floor operations
Daily operations - Open and close the restaurant
- Check cleanliness hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor table turnover and service flow
Inventory and order - Help track food , drinks and supplies
- Assist with ordering stock and reducing waste
Cash and reports - Assist with daily sales reports and cash handing
- Support POS system checks and closing reports.
