What you will be working on Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management - Administer assigned contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Consolidate KPIs, track contractor service delivery, process variations, and manage all related documentation and activities.
- Fleet Management - Manage SDC’s vehicular fleet which includes leased vehicles, performing procurement, maintaining inventory records, handling COE and road tax renewals, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Procurement - Execute all vehicle-related procurement tasks, such as raising variation orders, coordinating purchases, and arranging for vehicle disposal in line with organizational procedures.
