Support the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of redevelopment projects in accordance with the organisations standards.
Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage.
Develop project governance policies and processes to deliver redevelopment projects
Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms
Develop communication plans for timely engagement and involvement of stakeholders
Effectively communicate updates, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders
Collaborate with leadership to align innovation initiatives with overall organisational goals and strategies
