Craft workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align teams around a coherent user experience. 
Design and run co-creation workshops: journey mapping, design studios, critiques with clients and mixed stakeholder groups. 
Present work to senior leadership; facilitate alignment sessions that drive decisions.. 
Coach client designers through daily pairing; tailor enablement to individual strengths, gaps, and learning styles. 
Create psychological safety for teams to experiment, give constructive feedback, and continuously raise design craft.
