Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

At least 4-6 years of experience in networking and telecommunications, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role. 

Experience working with enterprise-level networking infrastructure and telecommunication systems. 

Proven track record of managing and maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performance networks.
