Ø Purpose of Position-
To supervise and ensure quality installation, testing & commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fire protection systems, STP, WTP, and integrated building services. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy Ø Major Responsibilities –
Oversee HVAC ducting, chilled water, VRF, AHU, FCU, and mechanical room works. Monitor firefighting works: hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, fire extinguishers, FHCs, fire tanks. Supervise plumbing & drainage, water supply, and sanitary works. Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and safety guidelines.
