            Lead and drive sales growth for Duct Heaters & VAV product lines across assigned territories 
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company targets and market opportunities 
Identify, track, and influence HVAC projects, tenders, and specification pipelines 
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and MEP contractors to secure product approvals and specifications 
Review and approve technical submittals, BOQs, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals 
Conduct high-level technical presentations, client meetings, and negotiations 
Mentor and support junior sales engineers (if applicable), ensuring team performance and development 
Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams for smooth project execution and timely delivery
