Key Responsibilities:
Perform case underwriting to assess applicants risk across the regions in Asia according to the assigned underwriting authority and ensure the SLAs are delivered in good quality.
Provide high quality and effective communications on the underwriting decisions to customers and distribution channels.
Ensure all underwriting activities are delivered in accordance to the relevant LBU and Group Health Underwriting Standards.
Proactively monitor and identify opportunities to improve the underwriting rules engine and processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer onboarding journey.
Provide underwriting input on new business applications at product development stage and marketing campaigns
