Job Description

The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in overseeing Building Management System (BMS) operations and coordinate with the project team for the smooth handing over and taking over of BMS and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. The role requires technical knowledge, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of TIH’s facilities performed by maintenance crews. Conduct facility inspections and coordinate and plan the maintenance schedule.
