REPORTS TO : MANAGER, FINANCE


SUPERVISES : NIL


JOB LOCATION : HEAD OFFICE, ACCRA


JOB PURPOSE : To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the financial management functions of the Fund.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares payment voucher on regular basis and write cheques.

  • Manages the institution’s stores.

  • Undertake petty cash management.

  • Undertake banking relations.

  • Make entries into the accounting software.

  • Prepares tax returns, SSNIT and other superannuation schedules.
