This role involves managing an end-to-end grants programme (EFR), covering application evaluation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement with charities and government agencies. The person will also maintain programme documentation, analyse performance data to generate strategic insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including SOP reviews and digital solutions — all with the aim of enhancing both operational efficiency and the applicant experience.

You’ll evaluate and process EFR applications and appeals within our service standard, ensuring all submissions meet programme requirements and compliance standards.
