            Functional Responsibilities  Support the planning, execution, and tracking of ongoing infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. 
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, vendors) on infrastructure-related matters. 
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and institute policies during project execution. 
Assist the Vice Provost Operations in preparing infrastructure related reports, presentations, and documentation. 
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues to ensure timely resolution. 
Prepare RFPs, tender documents, scope of work, and other documentation for infrastructure expansion and upgrades. 
Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and designers for preparation of concepts, drawings, and technical specifications.
