Engineering & Maintenance Management

Lead Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing

operations.

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production

equipment and plant utilities.

Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across manufacturing

lines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment

performance.

Manufacturing Support

Support SMT, Assembly, Testing, Packaging, and NPI operations through effective engineering

solutions.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to

achieve plant objectives.

Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve throughput and manufacturing efficiency.
