Manage all online operations related to order processing from ginkgo and liaison with omni channel stores to clear daily orders 
Liaison with supply chain for new stock receiving and old stock refill. Move old inventory in coordination with supply chain team 
Coordinate with retail team for timely order fulfillment from stores 
Coordinate with courier partner for rates, performance and deliveries 
Coordinate with third party vendors including but not limited to payment partners, shoot agency, tech agency etc. 
Coordinate with finance team for timely disbursement of relevant vendor payments 
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to enhance website performance and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets. 
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Creative, IT, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance) for seamless e-commerce operations.
