Manage procurement administrations including organizing meetings & minutes, maintaining procurement documentation records, compiling of various departments’ projects required for submission to Group.
Assist in the review & approval of procurement projects.
Assist in coordinating for self-check and preparation of report required by Group Procurement.

China Taiping Premier Lounge Management: the booking of lounge, maintenance of lounge, provide service support & coordination for business events held in the lounge.
Administration service for Management: process claims, apartment maintenance, and their mobile service.
General administration work: process admin expenses invoices, name cards, letterhead & envelope printing, administration and maintenance of security access system.
