This role also involves drafting and reviewing legal notices under agreements, negotiating with stakeholders for timely review and finalization of contracts, providing researched-based legal opinions and advice to internal departments, and assessing legal risks related to banking laws. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (business, finance, and branchless teams) is essential to ensure legal compliance and provide needed legal support.
