Job Responsibilities - Preparing reports as per assigned.
- Handles the full computation and participates in the annual manpower budgeting exercise for NUHS HQ and Group Operations & Information Technology departments, Administer and support the process for the annual compensation exercises.
- Assist the Assistant Director in providing reports for compensation analysis, MOH salary review exercises and surveys; support internal/external HR audits, prepare monthly and yearly accruals to the Finance Department and any ad-hoc compensation exercised as required.
- The Assistant Manager is required to engage and partner with various HR and Finance teams to support the compensation needs for the departments.
