Title: Assistant Manager (Children)
This position will report to the Programme Manager of the Children Department

Job Description (Programme specific) - Assist in leading a team to conduct the organisation’s literacy programmes, including StoryLAB, GROW and iREAD
- Organize and carry out additional programmes and events as required (e.g. camps, parenting workshops, outings)
- Manage volunteers helping in the literacy programmes – screening, onboarding, engaging, monitoring and supporting the volunteers
- Engage and liaise with community partners and stakeholders to share information and updates about the children and the programmes
