            Responsibilities Supervise daily cage operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence to established procedures. 
Oversee cashier team members including scheduling, training, coaching and performance management. 
Ensure compliance with all financial controls, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and regulatory requirements. 
Monitor cash levels, chip inventories and vault operations ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting. 
Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. 
Provide exceptional guest service resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally. 
Support audits, inspections and reviews by internal and external stakeholders. 
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and patron experience within cage operations.
