What the role is: Assistant Manager, Business Planning & Development
What you will be working on: - Plan and execute adaptive reuse of State land and properties before they are slated for long term developments.
- Rejuvenate portfolio properties by engaging market players to explore new uses.
- Work with other agencies and business partners for potential collaboration on strategic properties and projects.
- Specifically, support the division and appointed agents in the planning and implementation of leasing strategies and tenant mix for the properties under his/her portfolio.
- Assist to formulate and implement retail concepts and target prospective tenants.
- Assist in prospecting/leasing of spaces and conduct viewings of available space.
- Monitor current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the development(s).
