Accountable for all objectives in meeting the development budget.
Assist in all business development initiatives and activities, both new and renewals.
Co-ordinate all unit’s activities/initiatives between the Business Partners and MSIG Branches and within inter-department collaboration to ensure projects completion.
Support product development and new marketing initiatives, including system UAT test, outline the process flow, analyze any gap & etc., while reviewing portfolio performance.
Provide leadership, motivation and effective/management approach to internal teams in supporting business partners and stakeholders for various sales channel.
Co-ordinate all activities, building good relationship with executives, operation team on various policy documentation and other work processes including all premium cycle activities for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
