Lead the effective achievement of AAI section area to maximize subordinate and sectional performance by managing performance, recruiting and maintaining qualified staff, setting individual objectives, developing and motivating staff and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal.
Assist the line manager in implementing the change management programs to drive continuous improvement of functional systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’.
Manage the planning and implementation of operational objectives, and meet the targets and insure that the targets are met inefficiently and effectly.
Lead and manage the team members of the business units by instilling the values of the “Corporate Path” which is including setting individual objectives, selecting qualified staff, monitoring performance, provision feedback, in order to maximize subordinate and performance.
