The Assistant Manager, Admissions & Conversion reports to the Chief Admissions Officer and is responsible for managing admissions sales follow‑up, pipeline discipline, camp enrolment conversion, camp‑to‑school conversion, and enrolment progress across assigned markets, channels and programmes. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role requiring close coordination with Market Leaders, Marketing, Student Services, Camps, Sports Academies, and school operations to ensure enquiries are followed through properly and converted effectively. The successful candidate should be confident with parents, commercially aware, highly organised, and able to improve conversion outcomes through disciplined sales follow‑up, accurate CRM management and clear communication.
