To do periodic maintenance of equipment (both fab A and fab B equipment)
To do trouble shooting and repair and maintenance to get the equipment up.
To manage spares so as to ensure sufficient spares are available to minimize equipment downtime.
To be able to evaluate, inspect, maintain, repair, analyze and improve various types of facilities equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment.
To provide engineering support in upgrading and setting up new equipment capabilities required by the NPI (New Product Introduction) project teams
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement of fab equipment key performance indicators such as % availability, mean time to repair (MTTR).
Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company’s fab equipment.
