This is a dual-property role covering both Furama RiverFront and Furama City Centre. Furama RiverFront is a lifestyle destination at River Valley / Tiong Bahru, combining F&B, wellness and lifestyle tenants designed to serve hotel guests, neighbourhood residents and families while driving traffic to the hotel. Furama City Centre adds a complementary urban commercial and retail leasing dimension to the portfolio.
The role manages the full tenancy lifecycle across both properties—from prospecting and negotiation through to tenant performance management, renewals and lease administration. The incumbent works closely with external agents to secure tenancies and acts as the primary landlord representative, building relationships that sustain long‑term occupancy and asset quality.
