Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and proper HR documentation. Handle employee relations matters and provide HR advice to staff and managers. Process payroll and statutory submissions (e.g. CPF) accurately and on time. Prepare HR reports and support performance management and employee development.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial experience. Good knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
