Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance
• Support and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee HR processes
• Coordinate with central HR and local teams to ensure efficient operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR leadership or supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Willing to work Mondays- Saturdays
