We are looking for an Assistant HR & Admin Executive to support the Human Resources department in administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, payroll support, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in monthly payroll processing and leave administration, ensuring accurate data updates and supporting documentation.
- Support recruitment activities including job advertisement posting, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
