Job Responsibilities:
Support HR operations, including recruitment coordination, payroll, leave administration, and HR documentation.
Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR filing systems.
Assist with Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Support worker administration, accommodation coordination, and movement records.
Assist with income tax matters, including IR8A and IR21 documentation.
Prepare HR reports, government surveys, and statutory documents.
Support company events, employee well-being programmes, and general HR administration.
Requirements:
1-2 years of HR and administrative experience.
Construction industry experience or knowledge of MOM work pass matters will be an advantage.
