In this role, you’ll partner with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director to support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional patient care and client service.

+ Support team leadership, hiring, training, and engagement
+ Drive efficient hospital operations and client experience
+ Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and expense control
+ Ensure compliance with VCA standards and hospital processes

**What We’re Looking For**

+ 3+ years of operations or healthcare management experience
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Financial and operational acumen; veterinary experience preferred
