What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day operations alongside 2-3 team members per shiftManage P&L performance with focus on food cost and labor cost controlTrain, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent guest serviceOversee carryout operations (80% of our business) with limited dine-in seatingExecute hands-on leadership in all aspects of restaurant operationsMaintain food quality and safety standardsWork flexible schedule including late nights (stores open until midnight, some until 1am)What We're Looking For:
