Job Summary

Participates on Associate General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel's leadership team and provides legal support for a business division or legal practice area.

What You Will Do

• Advising senior management and providing clear recommendations on legal matters.
• Managing legal support of a business division or significant legal practice area through supervision of a team, or coordination of a network of attorneys, or serving as a subject matter expert.
• Implementing legal strategies and goals in line with company's business objectives; researching complex legal issues and reviewing and drafting complex legal documents.

What You Have

Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
