The Securian Financial Law Department seeks an experienced corporate attorney to lead its Corporate Legal Team, comprised of lawyers and paralegals supporting the enterprise's corporate transactional, governance, and advisory needs. In this leadership role, you will serve as a senior legal advisor for Securian Financial and its affiliates throughout the U.S. and Canada, with primary responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and related special projects.
