Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers and colleagues, maintaining food and beverage services and support facilities for restaurants and banquets according to hotel and departmental standards.
• Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation while maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Lead all aspects of the business.
• Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure an efficient Fine Dining experience including wine pairing.
