Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities in timely and accurate manner
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts for management review
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirement
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary and regulatory authorities
• Manage SST/GST, corporate tax submissions and statutory filling
• Monitor cash flow and treasury functions to ensure sufficient working capital
• Review and improve accounting processes, financial controls and operational efficiencies
• Supervise and guide junior finance staff when required
